We have the pleasure to welcome on board , our new VP Marketing & UAE Development, Méliné EOLMEZIAN-SOULIE, based in UAE for 11 years.

Meline has spent her 20-year career to support actively the national & cyber security industry and its global ecosystem, opening new businesses, solving key customers' challenges, facilitating connections and collaborations between private and public sectors' stakeholders, promoting innovation and best practice. Her last five years were dedicated to launching new digital & live experience engaging the community through editorial-based content, advanced matchmaking activities, start-ups programs and exclusive showcases.

For each of her last roles, she was committed to create an impact, make a difference, deliver tangible results through excellence and team leadership. Her vision of the business is driven by passion and strong ethics, relying on trusted collaborations and team work, with the aim of creating value and long term sustainable growth, with a permanent positive mindset to solve current challenges and anticipate the next ones.

With her accumulated experience, she benefits from a very unique industry culture of the security supply chain, system integration, latest digital technologies, strategic business trends and go to market models, along with a solid regional and global network within the police, national & cyber security communities.

She spent all of her carrier within recognized multinational leading corporations and had multiple key roles within Strategy, Business Development, Sales & Marketing departments, both in Europe and in the Middle East.

During all these years, she worked on multiple complex projects, within critical environments and a large variety of CxO level public and private sectors' stakeholders, developing the capacity to work strategically but also under stress, short-notice timings with an agile mindset.

She is an enthusiastic, results-driven & inspiring leader able to work with multi-cultural teams. She is not afraid to handle ambitious projects in challenging environments and have the agility to adapt to large corporations, public sectors or SMEs.

She always thinks out of the box and believes each problem has its solution, by involving the right people, skills at the right time. She believes profitable business relies on trusted long-term partnerships, professional and reliable behavior, capacity to listen and make right decisions, but always with a smile!

Meline owns 2 Masters in National Security & Defense from Paris University and in Political Science School (International Affairs).
